The Journey So Far…
Sofia Messara built her career through grit and relentless learning, 22 years leading commercial teams across the US, Asia, and Europe. She earned her place through results, accumulated credentials, achieved what looked like success.
But inside, something was breaking.
She watched organizations chase metrics while meaning evaporated. She felt the gap between what companies claimed and how they operated unaligned.
Achievement without alignment. Competence without connection.
What emerged: she had mastered leading others without learning to lead herself. All that expertise in strategy and operations, but she had skipped knowing who she was beneath the performance.
That became the real work. Stripping away everything that wasn't hers, to find what was.
When the call is aligned, it stops being about courage. It becomes about service to something vastly bigger than yourself.
So she left with one suitcase. She walked away from two decades of building to learn from different teachers: indigenous elders, natural ecosystems, and cultures sustained through reciprocity.
Meet The Team
Sofia leads a multidisciplinary team of specialists trained at institutions like IMD Business School, Cambridge, La Sorbonne, and the Royal Academy of Music. Together, they design learning journeys that are both rigorous and deeply human.
