She also holds an MBA from IMD.
Today, she works as an independent consultant and facilitator, helping teams strengthen their commercial approach, collaborate more effectively, and develop practical skills they can use immediately in their roles.
Radek Bak
Radek brings more than 30 years of international business experience, including customer service, sales, supply chain, and over 15 years in strategic sourcing and procurement.
He has delivered negotiation workshops globally and offers a clear, practical view of how professional buyers think and work.
He holds an M.A. in International Economics & Management and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
His focus is on helping teams navigate procurement-led negotiations with clarity and confidence.
